The day before Thanksgiving!
I LOVE all the food made for Thanksgiving! Except for sweet potatoes. I love making it all too!!! Today I will be making up some pies in advance!
Last night I put out the turkey to dethaw. And tomorrow I will be baking it in my lovely gas oven!! Sooooo wonderful compared to electric, sigh!
Since we are a small family, we will be going simple for our dinner. Turkey with stuffing (of course), mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, and dessert. I am pretty sure that will be it this year. Soon I will be shooting and sending so you can check it all out!

-Pumpkin Pie, possibly with a cheesecake twist.
